Reservation Policy

All reservations must be made before the deadline to avoid late applications fees of USD$150. The prerequisite for reserving your spot on the MVLF courses are: Basic knowledge of Maharishi’s Vedic Science, familiarity with Dr. Tony Nader’s book Veda in Human Physiology and a recommendation to attend the course from an MVLF alumni or your Raja.

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the facility policy, a full refund, less 20% admin fee, will be made available if a cancellation request is received 60 days or more prior to arrival. However, the 20% admin fee can be transferred to future courses. Cancellation requests received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will receive 60% of the course fee. Requests received between 30 - 15 days prior will receive 35% of the course fee. A cancellation notice received later than15-0 days prior arrival, there can be no refund.

Check-In

Check in is on the day of arrival after 12pm. Check out is after breakfast on the final day of the course at 10am.

Facilities

We have reserved the Brahmananda Saraswati Nagar Campus, which has dedicated rooms. We have access to all of the hotel’s facilities including lecture hall, dining hall and laundry room.

Medical Concerns

Regarding medical concerns we will be following the Nepal Government’s health regulations restrictions and recommendations concerning entering the country at the time of the course.
